[Premium] SD RX-0 Unicorn Gundam Papercraft ver. MIW

SD RX-0 Unicorn Gundam Papercraft ver. MIW

Introducing the SD RX-0 Unicorn Gundam, Miw's latest SD design. Miw is famous for his high-quality SD Gundam design. If you're a fan of SD Gundam papercraft then you must visit his page at SD-PP Model Design Thailand. He's selling all of his designs. Some of them are even free to download.

I mentioned Miw's SD RX-93 Nu Gundam In the past. This is the second time I feature his model on my blog and surely not the last one because he's still designing new models right now.

This model is 24cm tall from horn to toe. His horn is freaking long but It matches the SD model perfectly.

The template has 19 pages: 9 White pages, 7 Grey, 2 Deep Blue, 1 Green, and 1 Red. His equipment is quite simple: 1 Shield, 1 Bazooka, and 1 Backpack. The paper used to build this model is Stardream paper and a small piece of glossy green decal for the eye.

In case you're wondering, this model is not articulated and can't transform into everyone's favorite Destroy mode. This information may turn you down a little bit. But don't let that blur your eyes because this is a very high-quality SD Gundam model and worth buying. If you prefer the  SD Unicorn
Destroy mode then I have some interesting information at the end of this blog. But for now, here are some close-up pictures:

Below is a video of the designer to show how stable and solid the model is. To be honest, I love Miw's model for both his design and his papercraft skills. Some designers need a tester to test their template by building the papercraft model, but Miw does it himself. His model is clean and solid as always.

If you're interested in making this papercraft. You can buy the template for $23. Miw is selling this on his Facebook page. Keep template files personal because sharing or re-selling is not allowed. Supporting the designer for more papercraft models in the future.

And for those who want the SD Unicorn Destroy mode, It will be his next release. The 3D model is already finished...

... and It's not over yet. The Banshee version is on the list too (both Unicorn mode and Destroy mode). So stay tuned and follow both his page and my blog for more updates.

Well, this is the end of the blog. Thank you for reading!

[Premium] SD RX-93 Nu Gundam Papercraft ver. MIW

SD RX-93 Nu Gundam Papercraft ver. MIW

This model was designed by Miw (or SD-PP Model Design Thailand). This is the first time I share Miw's model, so I want to say something about him. Miw is a Thailand designer who has created many SD papercraft models. You can visit his Facebook page and see all of his designs and buy them if you want. His latest model is the one we're talking about right now, the SD RX-93 Nu Gundam papercraft.

This model, just like many other models of Miw, is not articulated. But I believe this is the most detailed design of the SD RX-93 Nu Gundam. This model is 27,6 cm tall (fin funnels included). The Gundam is divided into 8 parts: Head, Body, Arms, Skirt, Legs, Backpack, Fin funnels, and weapons. Weapons for this Gundam include a rifle, a bazooka, and a shield. This model will cost you 18 sheets of paper in total. You can use the information on the cover page to choose the right paper color.

Take a closer look. There're 2 things I want to say about this build by Miw himself. You can see that Miw designed many textures and panel lines on white parts to make it more elegant. But there's one thing you wouldn't see on this build, It's the edge lines. This makes his build even better and also highlights the designed textures.

Second, This model is not 100% paper. There's a metal part that Miw used in his build, and I totally love it. You must've noticed it already. Yes, It's the wire mesh on the chest. This is so creative and well-fit. I always love the variation that people add to the actual build instead of following everything as it is designed. That's why I love this build at first sight.

Even though this is just an SD, it still has everything you love about RX-93 Nu Gundam with classic Gundam design, a lot of equipment like a shield, a rifle, a backpack with a laser beam attached, a giant bazooka, and of course, one-sided V-fin tunnels.

If you're interested in making this papercraft. You can buy the template for $23. Miw is selling this on his Facebook page.

[Free Template] SD Delta Plus Gundam Papercraft ver. Zp
As I wrote about mjh1029 (Zp)'s model: Go-Saurer in my last post, I will continue to write about another model of him: SD Delta Plus papercraft.

mjh1029 is sharing this template for free, so if you want to build one, you can find the download link at the bottom of this post.

Delta Plus Gundam is a variant of the Delta Gundam, which appears in the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn.
Delta Plus is not the only Gundam that is developed from the Delta Gundam, another one is Hyaku Shiki, but unlike Hyaku Shiki, Delta Plus Gundam is transformable. It can transform into an aircraft in waverider mode (this SD Delta Plus is not transformable).

Although this is a cute little SD Papercraft, it still has all of the equipment for Delta Plus like a rifle, a shield and wings.

Here are the original pictures of mjh1029 (Zp). You can find the download link for its template at the bottom. Thank you for reading:
